Silent HillFollow

Silent Hill was a good movie. Better than the 2 Resident Evil films, which were just Mila kicking things and big zombies eating stuff. I enjoyed both game series, but I read that the majority of the monsters for Silent Hill were not CG. The nurses and fire kids were just people in costumes. I thought that was pretty kick ***. Most movies now just rely to heavily on CG it's nice to see a gaming movie which is almost all CG done as live action. But then there is Spirits Within, and Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children (which releases today which just contridicts the whole CG thing)...oh well I'll buy most any gaming movie that comes out as long as it is not Doom or Bloodrayne related...terrible movies...they shed bad light on decent games. Anyway, I'm rambling now. They need to make a CG Final Fantasy 8 which was top 2 all time final fantasy games.

anyway, to wrap this up...silent hill good so go see it even if you didn't play the games it's still entertaining.

I saw this movie on saturday with my fiance. I think she's played all the games, I haven't played any. Not a big fan of horror games myself, but anyway.. I liked the movie, some parts were pretty confusing, but I started to get it as the movie went along.

What I didn't understand was the end. I don't know if anyone can explain what was going on there without spoiling stuff for others, but uh.. what what was going on? heh
