The sheer mind boggling enormity that is the ignorance of Niobia is almost too huge to be encapsulated in mere words. The word 'ignorant' can't cover it because it is only one layer of this onion of stupidity. It is almost too much to tangle with at once. The lack of social development, the ignorance, all bundled with a person that isnt too bright to start out leave me no hope that anything anyone says will sink in. These types of immature threats of legal action are laughable at best. I have to say that what truly suprises is that Niobia is a grown woman. This type of behaviour might be expected from a a child and even a youth approaching her teen years but from a grown adult it is unexpected even from an American.

Throughout the thread it has become apparent that she is incapable of differentiating legal jurisdiction at the state/federal level, she has show clear ignorance of the most basic of legal concepts such as 'who has to prove who did what", and hasnt even been able to cite how the law has been broken by the admins action. Yet she is just as headstrong in her claim.

Niobia you are dumb as nails, ignorant as sh[/Aliceblue]it and ugly as f[Aliceblue]uck. Please give it up, or at least have the dignity to not play the stereotype of the ignorant southerner.

Or the fact that ragenaros isn't a shild, or that releasing information freely broadcast and easily available to anyone who was looking anyways transmitted on a privatly held network is not, and never has been a crime. You want to talk about laws and laws being broken? Let's talk defamation of character. Niobia has set out on a persistant and malicious effort to undermine my credability, authority, and persona upon which I make a portion of my living. You have on repeated occasions, and on multiple sites, flat out called me a child abuser and a member of Nambla, both of which I consider to be an unforgivable act. When called on this you have acted to hide or remove the evidence, however proof remains despite your best efforts. This you have done with intent to cause damage to my person, and to jepordize my position here with the site. You have lied to the members of the OOT. You have lied to the Asylum. You have lied to Illia, to Danalog, and just about anyone who you can get to listen to you, and through your efforts and lies you have sown a seed of discontent where none previously existed.

You want to talk lawsuits? If I choose to waste my time persuing a civil defamation of character suit, I would easily win. Why? you were stupid enough to make your accusations and assertions directly at me, as yourself, in time and IP stamped format. You might as well just hand in a signed legal deposition and wave to the judge. While releasing an IP address is in no way shape or form "cyber bullying", what you have posted in your formerly publicly available journal, in the forums, and on myspace quite definitly fits the bill.
