Lets forget about bad breast jobs or lipo and focus on the face.
We are born with our face as it is and we will die with it, but what's scary the most is how will it change with years. People can conceal their body flaws with clothes but face will always be open for other people to see.

People who are most exposed are 'stars', their pictures will be all over the papers or the net and everyone will see their wrinkles or double chin.. so they 'improve' themselves.

I understand some wannabe actress or actor whose job opportunities depend only on their looks so they disfigure themselves thinking that they look better but what's scary the most is that people with REAL talent undergo 'enhancing' procedure

For what purpose I don't know.
It's sad to see Al 'the godfather' Pacino has been on the table but yeah directors wouldnt hire him if he looked old.
God, he is one of the greatest actors ever.
