I'm the same way. Once one of my friends told his little...well younger chubby brother I eat more than him. His response went from 'no way' to 'holy @$#&!'. hehe suckers.

the other thing is, 36 from brand Y isn't the same as 36 from brand X. you'd think it should be, but it isn't. not to mention, with the whole mass production thing, i always think someone messes up somewhere, and you dont actually get 36x34 even if it says that on the label. (for women, i dont know why there is a size 0, which isn't 0 at all. that makes no sense! it should be 1 or greater! heh)

that's one reason why some people fall in love with a certain brand of clothes.

I was like that until I got out of highschool. I could eat anything I wanted and I could never go over 115 pounds even if I tried. Then I got into the real world. Once I hit 20 I could no longer do that

You're like my brother. People like you frustrate the hell out of people like me. I live to eat rather than eat to live. If I had 3 wishes to make, this ability of yours would be one of them.

I wish that was the problem; it would've been an easy one to solve. Fact of the matter is that when I was around 13-14 my father passed away and I got stuck with a mom that didn't care much for me. The end result was that I'd live off of a bag of cheetos ((the little 50 cent ones)) for a day or two.

The end result? I'll eat once in a day and not feel hungry till the next day. My metabolism is slow as sh|t. :\

Anyone remeber the movie Gung Ho?

Perhaps SE, instead of a playonline not avialable message, can show some Japanese calastenics?

Buy yourself one of those $5 exercise mats from target or something and do various kinds of sit ups. Taking the airship, get up and do 20 sit ups. Party member on wc break? Go do 10 sit ups. Keep the mat open near your game machine and *use* it. Easier said then done I know, but hopefully seeing the mat their might make you feel guilty and motivate you to do some sit ups. It doesn't have to be a big preparation thing. Just do a little often. One is better than none.

6'1" 145 lbs.

Funny thing is, I don't look that skinny. My arms are really skinny (from the elbow down, I mean) though.

Eat healthy.

Lots of fresh veggies, cut out carbonated drinks entirely, and pay attention to how often you eat. Make sure you have breakfast every day and don't eat within 3 hours of going to bed for the day. Don't let yourself go hungry, but do make conscious decisions of what and when to eat. You'll be startled how easy it is.

I should add that what's more important to me than body weight is heart health. So I'll eat stuff with a lot of caloric content as long as it's low in cholesterol and fat. I figure I can always exercise more to lose weight, but it's a lot harder to unclog your arteries. (Take note atkins dieters!)

I have fat arms. When I stop waving, they just keep on going. I don't know what to do about this. Lifting weights with the intent of toning seems to do nothing.

I will wear nothing but long sleeve shirts from now on.
