Why.

Today My older brother got his Tax return check cashed, about $800, hes been at home because he was shot doin somethin stupid and hes here recovering, So he gets his check cashed and hes with his friend, they've been friends for years, and been through alot together, he lived with us for a while, they went to the marines together, his friend was in prison for 7 months and my bro went and visited him and brought him money, while he was in prison my brother had his bank card, when he got out he accussed my brother of takin $260 from him, they talked about it, figured out where the money was, and didnt talk about it ever again.

So, hes with my brother and sees that he has money. He was over the house the other day talkin to my brother about how hes spent most of the money he brought home with him and hes almost broke. He bring up the money problem while he was in jail to him, says that he wants it back now, attacks and gets my brother on the ground and steals $260 from him. My brother says **** it, just comes home leaving him with his money.

Now my brother was stolen from by his best friend because of greed. I wanted to take a metal bat and go bash his friends head in when i found this out.

My brothers at home, his friends younger brother comes over with 3 of his friends and asks if he can get his jacket that he forgot outta the car(they were hangin out earlier in the day, before my brothers friend robbed him) so my brother goes out, opens the car and doesnt find the jacket, so they say whatever, they must have left it somewhere else. So my brother is walkin back to the house, one of them hits him from behind, and the others get him on the ground and start kicking him while hes down. He gets kicked in the stomach in the stomach and he was shot in the the liver and is still having problems with it. Then two of them run in the house and start to go through my brothers coat and try to find the money in it. Im laying down on the counch and i get up and they run out.

My brother stumbles in, bleeding from the head, his forhead right on his eyebrow is split open and blood is dripping all over the place. Im still not exactly sure what the hell is goin on, i was half asleep on the counch. So i get some ice for him and make sure the doors are locked. So I talk to him and find out all that happened. So after talkin to him we think that his friend decided that he wasnt satisfied with just the $260, he wanted it all, and he knew that my brother wouldnt let him get close enough to get it so he sent his younger brother to do it. Luckily they didnt get his money, and later my brothers friends mother forces him to bring back my brothers money.

But now my brother is beat up, on top of gettin shot 4 times a month before. And hes been stolen from not from an enemy, but from his best friend. And all I can really do is say, Why.

I just needed to write that, say whatever you want.

you sleep with dogs, you will get fleas.

your brother wasnt stolen from his best freind, your brother never had a best freind. what did he spend years in prison for? and was your brother involved?

baseball bat? if i were you, i would distance myself from my brother and his friend as far as possible. they will only drag you down and anyone else near then when they fall.

i know. i have a younger brother in jail for assulting a police officer. that was not his only offence, that was just the one they caught him at. drugs, sex, all about having "fun" irreguardless of who he stepped on to get it.

now his wife and children sit at home without a father because daddy wanted to have some "fun". i cant tell you how many times he almost dragged me into trouble with him.

forget the bat. walk away, or get fleas.

Your brother should probably stop doing stupid things that get him shot and hanging out with 'friends' who find themselves in prison.

I suppose it's possible said friend was in prison because he was framed or because he was wrongfully accused of assault after he stopped a meth addict from attacking a handicapped nun but the fact that said 'friend' tried to beat up your brother and steal his money twice in a 24hr period makes me doubt that's the case.

---------------------------------------
money isnt the devil. money is just the bait used to bring out the devil that lurks in every man....and woman.

money, power, controll, all the tools necessary to satisfy the evil that dwells within every man. desire. such a little word to describe a sickness instilled in every one of us that leads to so much death, destruction, pain and suffering. the seed of satan. given to every man and woman. implanted to sow our destruction.

let me tell you a reality about desire.

remember that skateboard, girl, watch, ipod, gameboy, whatever that you just had to have? so bad you could taste it? to teh point that is was the only thing you could think about?

then remember getting it? how you cherished it for a little while, obbsessed over it, displayed it for all your friends? then how it sat in your closet, frogotten, or you walked away from it because it ment nothing to you anymore? how you cant even remember the last time you thought about it, much less wanted to play with it?

that is the reality of desire. the path any thing earthly will eventually lead to. you see, the curse of desire is that you can not desire what you possess. once it is posessed, desire startes to fade to lead you down another path that will turn you to do something you shouldnt. constantly probing for that thing that will lead you to destruction. constantly searching for your achillies heel.

taste chocolet. love chocolet. buy a ton of chocolet and eat it every day. start to hate chocolet. taste wine.......drive that car....sleep with that girl.....etc etc etc.

eventually, you sell yourself. lie on a loan application. lead a girl/boy to believe something that isnt true. take something that doesnt belong to you. steal. commit violance. kill. all the while, desire is constantly probing you for yet another weekness.

desire is the seed of evil. it is a DEADLY sin.

it doesnt matter how much money you have. what you possess will never be what you desire for very long. it is why most suicides come from well off people. they run out of desire because they have every thing and have not found something worth living for.

the only thing that matters in this plane of existence is people. the ones you care about. your familey. the people you encounter and how you treat them. it doesnt matter what you drive, where you work, or how many toys you can afford. those are all earthly things that will be rendered meaningless by desire in its ever constant search for a path to your destruction.

people.

your brothers friend doesnt understand that. im betting your brother doesnt either. walk away or be dragged down by their seed of destruction. walk away or get fleas.

I doubt posting about it or any commentary will do much to help. Will you press charges? You can, you know. They entered your home without permission with an intent to steal.

Umm, hello. Lets see, assult and battery, robbery, B & E....

Ever hear of the police? Please don't give me any Ghetto Fabulous I ain't a snitch crap....

If you were smart, you would get your ultimate revenge by sending your brothers "best friend" back to the clink...

If you do the right thing and press charges, make sure you take pictures of your brother's external injuries. Having them on file for evidence will help your case, while waiting will allow healing to remove some of that evidence.
(On a side note ladies, this is also true for spousal abuse cases- you'll go much farther if you take pictures of the bruises left behind before they heal, else it can sometimes be a case of your word against theirs.)

unless ofcoarse, whatever the one went to prison for, the other one was involved in too but didnt ratt out his freind. which, if they have been together for this long, is probably the case.

I believe the saying states that one must merely lie down with dogs to contract said fleas. Sleeping with dogs will get you arrested, like that sheep dude, or maybe puppies.

Seriously, though, you and your brother should buy a gun with his tax return before someone comes along and gaffles the rest of his cheddah. You sound like a couple of **********

Call the police, asap. Your brother was a victim of gang assualt and robbery, and the original friend solicited it and is there fore guilty as well. These are serious felonies. Get all their asses locked up for 5 + years for that crap. The fact that your brother was hit while done on the ground by kicks to the stomach raises the offense to a higher level as well.

The "friends" claim that your brother owed him the money is not a defense. Even if your brother did owe him money, knocking him down and taking it from him is still robbery, let alone sending people over to kick the crap out of him and take the rest.

Ok, wtf is a counch and where can I get one? They sound wicked comfy. Is that like ghetto furniture for my crib?

Also, irreguardless isn't a word. Neither is irregardless.

Seriously, your brother should just hand over the precious. It will just consume him in the end.

f'uck off, I don't have my sattelite tv anymore and I only have like 6 movies so LotR has been playing a lot at casa de JD lately.

edit: because you and your aren't the same word
