What a great movie! Haven't seen that in years.

We all know there is no meaning.

As Bart Simpson says, it's just a bunch of stuff that happens.

As for me, I want to try and get drunk everyday, without becoming an alcoholic. I just don’t know how I will determine, if I am successful or not.

ahem,

To learn, grow, and break free from the bindings of greed, and enjoy it, after that you can look at this universe in a state of constant wonder, joy, and amazement.

pretty much

IMHO

Oh come on now people those that understand life realize that it is to see how many times we can get laid and produce as few off spring as possible and have a great time doing it. All the other stuff is fluff.

All persons, living and dead, are purely coincidental.

I don't know the meaning of it, but it sure is beautiful. And short.

Forgot to quote, it's from Timequake.

Just started it, very good so far. The author is nutty, I love it.

well alright... I won't explain it, but..

sunsets. Explain that one Skeet. you unimaginative ****. combine the probability and coincidence of a "sunset" with our senses being able to perceive the colors, PLUS the human genome's chances of finding something like that "spiritual", PLUS equating it to something concerning the meaning of life.

**** i opened my mouth.

Lol, did you get the meaning of my last post?

That was not created by me, it is a quote from a book called Timequake, written by Kurt Vonnasomething.

That aside, I'll see your raise and call.

sh*t i opened my mouth.

Our minds are "sense making" machines. They live to make sense out of any stimuli. If you happen to be some poor sap sitting by yourself late at night as the sun is going down thinking to yourself "What is the meaning of life" just as the Sun is at the right position to reflect all of it's rays across our atmosphere to make all of those "pretty colors" (aka stimuli), your brain, instinctively not wanting to think of it's owner as a poor pathetic twat will "make sense of it all" by giving you a slight euphoric feeling thereby instigating the feeling of "Wow, this is the meaning of life.

Good enough for ya?

Unimaginative.

How dare you sir... how dare you.

Ha.

Unimaginative.

I won't bite on that big guy (btw you sexy *******).

Too many coinkidinks in that one little thing. It's proof to the viewer (and the thinker) that there is purpose to existence. It's just the translation of such that people take differently.

And it's not Euphoria you dingleberry, it's humbleness, and probability.

you can't call you *******, you opened your mouth first.

Lol, I happen to fucking LOVE sunsets, I was just doing what you asked of me.

Never take what I post seriously, unless of course I'm being serious.

If you think you've thought some crazy stuff, you should listen to some of my thoughts at 3 or 4 in the morning while I'm listening to classical music wondering if I'm accomplishing anything in life.

I used to have a buddy that stayed up late as well, and we'd have very interesting conversations while sending each other music that reflected our mood at the moment.

Ah to have those conversations transcribed somewhere.
