Okay, if the kid died from a head injury while they "played helicopter", how does that relate to slave trauma? In fact, how does that equal "murder by abuse"?
Multigenerational Trauma my ******* ***! When are people going to stop looking for a goddamned hand out and start owning up to their own goddamned failures and **** ups?

I'm selling cell phones, thinking about how to muster the toleration of finishing my **** state schooling so I can get a piece of paper that says I'm worthy of the same monotonous quality of a desk job, while this ***** is in a court saying that the AA slaves of America's history are the reason why this kid beat his 2 year old repeatedly throughout the poor kid's life. 70 whip marks? Oh, God, this would be such an incredibly destructive precedent to set. Blacks, or more accurately the lawyers hired by blacks, would be tempted to use this defense for every crime ever committed. Racists would point to it, with some justification, as the most egregious example of entitlement ever presented and would use it to propagate even more hatred and discrimination, thus escalating the spiral.

Any one that would harm a child in this manner is not only a coward, but truley a waste of skin to try to hide behind a lame defense such as that. There is no punishment good enough for a loser such as this, except maybe nailed to the floor an beaten within an inch of his life an let him heal an start all over again for lets say the nxt 50 to 100 yrs. Sorry folks I have a kid an he is the most precious thing in my life.

Okay I read a little too fast. I didn't see the part about the 70 whip marks, only that he was hitting him during potty training.

if the son's neck was broken why didn't he immediately take him to the hospital after hitting his "head"(which, i'm sorry if he just hit his head his rib's wouldn't be broken). why do u need to hit during potty training? i trained my son in one weekend,easy. all u have to do is help them out, show them how to do it(lead by example) a few times. if ur kid is normal and wants to be like mom/dad u should have no problem what so ever. this man is lying about why he hit him, and about playing "helicopter", and should be sent to prison

Wait a second here. This guy is trying to use the fact that his ancestors were slaves to justify the killing of his son? Boy, what a precedent that would set. Hell, maybe I'll go out and kill some black people. I'll just tell the jury that I was influenced by "Post Tramautic Slave-Owner Syndrome".

Now I may be missing something and this statement may not even be directed at me... but when did I ever say there is no reason for Affirmative Action because no onr's a racist in America?
