Besides, that only describes the Miami-Dade area. They get refugees from other countries, the rest of Florida gets refugees from the other 49 states. They come there to golf, ***** about Jeb Bush, and die.

Nah there's all sorts of Latinos in the Miami area. Puerto Rican, Dominican, Cuban, Colombian ... just about any Carribean and South American nation has at least some presence in the Greater Miami area.
Although Miami has its bad points, it's a great place for Latin food (except Mexican, I don't remember any *good* Mexican restaurants) and kickin' ethnic dance clubs.
