I don't know about anyone else, but I, being one of those strange people that actually cares about their post count, am thouroughly annoyed at the moment. maybe it is theoretically possible to spam 1000 posts in a 24 hour period. it does not mean you should do so. It just pisses on the post counts of people who have worked for it.

I'm not as worked up about it as Kao apparently is (I always assume he'll surpass me anyway and it's just been friendly competition) but, I dunno, were you expecting people to tell you how cool it was that you could spam thousands of posts? Put in EQ terms, that's like someone buying a horse with eBay'd platinum and expecting people to acknowledge how uber their lvl 1 wizard is now.

First and foremost, Tacosid, I said I would never start another Last thread. I never said I wouldn't participate in one should somebody else make one. It is, after all, pure genius.

Secondly, I could care less what mine or anybody else's post count is-- this was an exercise in trolling. And apparently an effective one, since I caught the largest fish to date: Kaolian. The reality of it is this, there is no virtue in pressing a submit button once every 20 seconds with mindless junk or hitting submit every 20 seconds with a thesis on the Unifying Theory. It's just a number. Jophiel has it right-- yay me, said in a very droll voice and an exaggerated roll of the eyes.

Truly, if it bothers any of you, either ignore the post count number like you do the karma figure and go about your day, or post more. Or-- or --in Alla's case, since he owns this board, tell me to cease and desist, whereupon I most certainly will.

Guys, I'm just doing what I do. I troll in plain sight, no sockpuppets, poking here and there, seeking a new way to get under y'all's skin. Just ignore me. Nothing new here.
