I purchased an item off of Ebay. The above quote was from an email informing me the item had been shipped. Unfortunately, the email has left me a little confused.
I don't have to pay a 'trade import tax', but I do have to pay a 'local tax'? Is that correct? Is this just one of those taxes that legally you are supposed to pay, but nobody ever does? Or was something lost in the translation?
