nice vid. really helps to be a on a spring floor to get that extra air.

most of the kicking is not to hard, but some of those guys were impressive even if it was on a spring floor.

one of my sister schools has just opened a 37,000sqft facility that also has a gymastic company in it. i steped up on their spring floor to see what it was like, and boy i was able to get some mega air. my vert is normaly between 18-24in depending on the day. i was just bouncing and at 24in not really trying. next trip down there im going to put some form work on that floor and see what kind of real air i can get.

that should be a blast.
