Prisoner Abuse...Follow

Okay, I'm going to say my piece about this whole situation...whether people want to hear it or not...

Are people forgetting why THESE people are in prison? They are terriosts, murderers, and Islamic extremeist who present an all to real danger to America and it's citizens. They aren't they're for computer fraud, or tax evasion...they're there because they are the scum of the earth. These pieces of trash are not afraid of death, and the only thing that gets through to them is Humility. Don't you think they'd be humiliated by a small woman pushing them around and making them do the things they were forced to do? Of course they were. And of course CNN and the rest of Red Diaper Doper baby leftists want to make it look like the United States has performed a terrible, unforgiveable act. THEY ARE TERROIRSTS!

It's funny to me how America's memory seems so short lived...not only 3 years ago, thousands of lives were cut abruptly short when some islamic extremeists decided to commit atrocities on United States soil. Did you forget that? I sure as hell didn't. And these are the same people that are held in prison.

Maybe this is just me...maybe it's not. But if this is the only place where I can voice how I feel, then I'm glad I did.

Thank you for your time.

No, they are suspected terrorists, murderers and Islamic extremists. The reality is most of them have been released without charges.

I'll ignore the rest of your post since you couldn't even manage to make the first couple sentances factual.

wer'nt alot of these people just random suspects, not proven guilty of anything yet... Wern't alot of them released already.

Well, they're not Americans, so I guess inoccent until guilty wouldn't apply.

yeah, like Jophiel said ^

If your suspected of being and/or having ties with terrorist cells, groups, or otherwise...that's reason enough. Your not SUSPECTED of something like this, unless there is damn good reason. Of course, the Alphabetical networks decide to ignore that... naturally. Funny how this is all coming out around election time. :/

Look at it this way though, the American soldier is no longer going to be looked at as the good guy anymore. The reputation of our army has been horribly disfigured by this incident. In response to the earlier posted reminders that these people are terrorists and murderers, that is no reason to sink to their level. As a first world country and as Americans, we have an obligation to act with honor when dealing with others. Without that in our minds, the worst can happen. The soldiers that commited those acts in Abu Grhaib will get only what they deserve.

Obviously wasn't good enough reason to actually charge them with a crime since they walked free.

I'm assuming you're a sock puppet? Zero count posters don't usually pop on here and post inflamatory remarks and then ignore the facts. Glad to meet you and hope you have some fun in the short time before you burn out Smiley: smile

Ooh, a first-time poster comes in and writes this crap, then another first-timer steps in and puts him in his place.

Arguing with himself perhaps, or just an anomaly?

Umm. No. The Middle East is a primarily Islamic/Muslim practicing place. So what your saying is , is that they're going to grab random people off the streets and throw them in prison for the hell of it? I think not.

btw, Tricky...

Just because I'm a first time Poster, doesn't mean I don't browse the froums. And put me in my place? pfft..please

So what happens when that day comes when the government decides there are terrorist in the U.S. and some of them are citizens and our civil liberties be damned? What if you then inadvertently do something to get on the Suspect list like, oh I don't know, use the words: "Bomb", "Bush", and "Al Queda" in one of your naive, puerile little internet rants?

WHOOPS! No innocent before proven guilty for you my friend. It’s off to an internment camp for an indeterminate amount of time. Don't worry though; those of us who do not believe the government is omniscient will get you out one day... if we don't join you of course.

Sock puppet? No. Tired of libs using this situation for political gain? Yes. Conservatives aren't innoncent of using situations for polictical gain, but the way in which the democrats are doing it is harmful to the safety of our nation.
Anybdoy who voice a different opinion then you, you seem to automattically label a "sock puppet"....sad.

lol im a first job lvl 17 BLM on PS2 - sockpuppet :sigh:

Agreed it wasn't neccessary for the "abuse" of the prisoners, but you can put yourself in their shoes and it doesn't seem all to unreasonable - bullets from their guns coming deadly close to you, they surrender, you take them in. Strip em down and take a pic, life's all about memories and that's one I'd could always look back on and know that I got me a terrorist. :-)
