I'm going to E3 tommorow with my slightly scetchy press credentials which I think are all set. I've heard it's pretty crazy, but I've never been before. I'll see if I can some pictures of me with life size FFIX characters (if I can recognize them).

Anyone been to one? I'm really not sure what to do, it just seemed like something todo. I gather it's like the mother of all trade shows, so I anticipate having a lot of useless **** at the end of the day.

It's a big convention just like any other convention. There will be lots of attractive well-endowed girls handing out brochures and offering photo ops, and lots of and lots of people all hanging around the same 3 or 4 booths, leaving hundreds of other booths completely empty.

It's interesting for about 10 minutes.

I suggest you cozy up to an exhibitor and try to finagle your way into getting a 'Sony After Party' invite (usually a wristlet). Seeing as you are a raging alcoholic, you can take advantage of all the free liquor. Plus, the party boasts the highest concentration of affluent, hot, and famous (in a geeky software kinda way) people in the world.

If you actually have any interest in videogames, you'll have unfettered and uncrowded access to all of the games you didn't want to wait in line to play at the convention center.

That sneaky *******. I'll look for the guy in the Flyer's tee shirt. You shouldn't have blown his cover though, now the LA groupies will be at the airport and trying all the hotels looking for him.

You will probably find him and Illia together. Alla in his Allahazam shirt and Illia in a collared shirt, shorts, and sandles.

That, in itself is sort of terrifying. I'll run through the building shouting their names, though.

I'd do that too but I have a feeling that if I ran around anywhere yelling "Allakhazam! Illia!" over and over I'd get shot.

That or I'd be forced to get naked and posed in explicit positions while being photographed.

Im going to a anime convention in Texas June 5,6,7th with my older brother and his friend. I cant wait I plan to buy some cool collector sh*t that will never come in handy but it's still cool! They supposely have big screens in the place where they show anime all day and anime music videos (cool rock songs going along with cool scenes from anime) so i'll be doing that alot while my brother walks around, his friend stocks up on his hentai collection and then we all go to six flags.

Oh I hear they also have a room where they show anime ****(hentai) all day! Hahaha, that outta be interesting in there...

Usually the 3rd day of E3 is open to the general public, or at least it's been that way historically.
