That one crouched down looks like Jessica Lynch. Don't tell me she's back in action!

That picture would be so much better if you could see bullet holes in all the Iraqis' heads.

I hope the last two posters are not serious.

Yeah, violating the Geneva Convention, internation war crimes, real hilarious. Not to mention how much more it makes the rest of the world hate us. This is the kind of thing that leads to terrorist attacks.

Anyway, here was the first thread we had on this topic:

Yeah you know, that and the ten thousand-odd dead Iraqi civilians that died so that the USA could stop the Bushes' ex-business buddy from the imminent using of all those Weapons of Mass Destruction he had at his hands.

Don't you read the news Muir? They lied about all that stuff. There never were any WMDs. At least, not as many as they claimed.

I don't judge anything I see there in those pictures, maybe that ******* had tortured some american's to death. You can't judge if you don't have all the information, so you are all wrong, and I am the only one that is right. Sometimes people lie too.

What the prisoners may or may not have done is irrelevant.

So blatant violations of the Geneva Convention pose no problem for you? There's really not a lot of judging needed. Some of the prisoners are being treated shamefully.

1. Persons taking no active part in the hostilities, including members of armed forces who have laid down their arms and those placed hors de combat by sickness, wounds, detention, or any other cause, shall in all circumstances be treated humanely, without any adverse distinction founded on race, colour, religion or faith, sex, birth or wealth, or any other similar criteria.

To this end the following acts are and shall remain prohibited at any time and in any place whatsoever with respect to the above-mentioned persons:

(a) Violence to life and person, in particular murder of all kinds, mutilation, cruel treatment and torture;

(b) Taking of hostages;

(c) Outrages upon personal dignity, in particular, humiliating and degrading treatment;

(d) The passing of sentences and the carrying out of executions without previous judgment pronounced by a regularly constituted court affording all the judicial guarantees which are recognized as indispensable by civilized peoples.

2. The wounded and sick shall be collected and cared for.

An impartial humanitarian body, such as the International Committee of the Red Cross, may offer its services to the Parties to the conflict.

I hope like hell you're not in the armed services.

Maybe he was dragged in because he owned a rifle to protect his family from the insurgents.

Oh wait, that IS why he was brought in.

Maybe he was RELEASED PRIOR TO THESE PICTURES BEING PUBLICHED BECAUSE THERE WAS NO EVEIDENCE HE HAD DONE ANYTHING WRONG.

I hear he's joing Saddar's milita, now.

I wonder why.

I'm sure that even though there's no evidence, that he's done horrible things. Just ask Stok or Totem. We'd never arrest someone who wasn't guilty of horrible things. Especially not a muslim.

I don't judge anything I read in this forum. Maybe you ruin around daily ******* little boys in the *** with a strap on stiletto untill they lie dead in a pool of their own blood and ****. At whcih point you drink as much as you possible can to the point where it becomes difficult to suck up the congealed mass of bodily fluids and then you start shoveling it in with both hands. I really can't judge untill I have all the information, so it's just as likely that you do this as that you don't.

The jury found it improbably that he was the murderer. That's it. Your oppinion may be diffrent, but that doesn't effect the fact that it was based on probabililty.

Typical cracka, trying to keep the brother down.

This has more to do with burden of proof, than probability.

And as far as black people go, we in Canada enjoy our Black people, we have so few, that we tend to cherish them. We especially enjoy black Hockey players.

Examples: Jarome Iginla, Enson Carter, George Laraque, Grant "Coco" Fuhr. These are alwasy fan favorites.

GO Flames!

There, I expanded the original quote so as to retain the meaning, as you appear to have forgotten what you implied.

Your implication is that if the prisoners in the picture(s) are suspected of a crime, it's acceptable for them to be treated in whatever fashion our enlisted men see fit.

It's because of mentalities like this that make the Geneva Convention necessary.

Is the light starting to flicker on yet?

Temporary insanity! Doesn't make you a bad person. You would be too under the right conditions.

And no, my brain works on electrical impulses, some of the old models work on steam and have a furnace, these types of brains may flicker, but not mine. Mine will spark sometimes, but thats about it.

Cheap! This is an outrage! I never...

Oh and stop making me go to dictionary.com. I took engineering english, be nice to me!

Oh I could have kept up the arguement, but I feel that I lose automatically for going to dictionary.com, although if this continues, I will no longer observe this guideline.
