Is there anyway I can block him from threads, or does his karma have to be below a certain percent, so I can just use the filter?

Someone's karma has to be under 1.5 (I think) for the filter to block them.

You were already advised in another recent thread to lay off those paperclips , not a good idea to lose an eye for Trunks.
