Apparently some broad who was on the show decided to try to register for the "You're Fired" trademark, which Trump and the show's producers have also filed for (seperately).
Ok, I haven't watched any serious television since August. I moved, tried to get my cable connected, got annoyed and said the hell with it. So my TV is only hooked to my DVD player and my old Playstation. I've watched TV at my sister's place while babysitting and all, but that's it. So maybe I'm missing something, but is there serious marketability in the phrase "You're Fired"? I mean, it's not like people are saying it around the office. My friends don't say it to one another. I don't walk down the street and hear people saying "You're fired" to one another and sharing a rollicking good laugh at their parroting of a TV show catch-phrase. Are there actually people out there hoping to one day own a T-Shirt that says "You're Fired" on it? Or... housewares?? "You're Fired" towels? Bed linen? Kitchen appliances?
Boggles the mind.
