Pfeh. He bet on "Red". He had a 50/50 chance. Its not as if he picked a number and actually hit it. Had he done that, he would have had some style, but Red? Pfeh.

Like the Kipling poem, right. In that sense it's sort of romantic:

I imagine that was the idea more than the crazy stunt part.
