Layout

Doing this website for my guild, and was wanting some opinions on it.

Overall, I like it...But it feels like something is missing.

Anyone have in questions, comments, suggestions?

Edit: BTW, done in Photoshop CS

Realized what was missing: Navigation

Now, I couldn't figure out for the life of me where to put it, so went over to good-tutorials, and found http://www.skinsntemplates.com/view.php?id=63&title=Industrial%20Metal%20Navigation

The color scheme didn't look as good with that, so I redid the rest, moved some heads around, and put in a tribal.
