Call me a geek of a fanboy if you must, but if the movie is half as good as what I'm hearing it may finally wash the memories of Batman 2-5: 'What Were THey THinking' away. The only one of the series that had any reason to exist was #1, and it still sucked. The joker never should have died, the joker didn't kill his parents, and no-one could really win a fight without being able to bend at the waist and neck. (Jack was pretty good, though, huh?)

At any rate, anyone else looking forward to this?

oh yeah badass ************* batman, yeah it sounds cool so far, it has that guy off american physco, he's supposed to be really cut in this movie, liek brad pitt in fight club, the suit is supposed to be blacker and cooler, not like teh fancy stuff they did in teh other ones. katie holmes is in it as his love intrest(damn she is to fine, and that body... <whew> smokin!)and the scare crow is the villian along with a crime lord. it supposed to be good and darker, like off teh comic "The dark knight returns" badass comic where batman comes out of retirement and kicks some ***, like brake ur legs and throw u through a wall kinda thing. very cool cant wait!!

Boy, I missed something. There's a new Batman movie coming out?
#6 Mar 10 2004 at 7:32 PM Rating: Good
Let's just say there's *a* Batman movie coming out, rather than a *new* Batman movie. The new one has no association with the crap that has come before.

Katie Holmes has no business being in a movie.

why should katie holmes not be in a movie, she was great on dawsoms creek and she is very beautiful, she did pretty good and all her movies even though some she played a small role, and there was one where she got naked but i never saw it or even know what its called. she was great in pieces of april, i plan to go buy that movie sometime, if its come out already?

I liked Pieces of April, not because Katie Holmes was in it, but despite it. She, like many Hollywood actors, is only capable of playing one character- herself. Kevin Costner is another notable example of this phenom.
