Valentine's Day PlansFollow

Okay, losers. Let's have out with it. How are you planning to romance your S.O. this weekend?
Skeet and I are poor so we're celebrating his birthday this weekend, then doing Valentine's hopefully next weekend with a trip to Miami or New Orleans.

My b/f is out of town for V-day sooooo, I will be crying myself to sleep on my giant pillow! Lol. Nah..probably drink some red wine, read or play EQ and just hang out. We are going to Rome in March so, that'll be romantic enough for the whole year!

Probably just some concoction of seafood and pasta. Sauces are my thing, so I will have to wip up something special. Maybe a little safron cream sauce or something. I am partial to a prawns in a cream sauce. I know, it doesn't fit. Maybe a little petit filet on the side if I can find some charcoal. I will be drinking the 96 cab, she will have fruit punch. LOL

My wife is working on V-Day. So instead of being together she has decided that I should represent the family and go to my cousin's daughter's 3rd birthday party. (who the heck schedules birthday parties on Valentine's . Oh, and we got another invitation last night from a friend of mine, who lives near my folks, who is having a B-Day party for her sons 1st B-Day on Saturday as well )

So it means I get to pack up the boys and drive to my parents for the weekend so that we will be closer for the party. And my wife will stay home by herself because she has to work all weekend. But it was her idea, and I have learned not to argue and do what she says.

Good thing is my wife's B-Day is the 18th and I got her mom to agree to watch the boys so that I can take her out on the town. I should be able to cram in V-day and B-day into one long nite.

I'm going to turn on my lone 40 watt lightbulb hanging from the ceiling, open a can of cold generic ravioli and sit on the milkcrate on my floor while I eat my food out of the can with a discarded plastic spoon and weep about being alone.. so very alone...

I'm going to make a huge batch of my cookies then leave a trail of them back to my bedroom. Only problem is, i haven't decided on a filtering process yet...

Ahhh...another V-day with my best friend Alcohol. We've been through many a hard time, she and I. We'll probably toast to another year passed by.

Dead broke this year so we are just going to go to my sisters place to celibrate my nephews birthday. 1 y/o.

then come home and watch a movie probably.

we are going to reno on the 27th so we will celibrate then....

Let's see...

I'll start the day at 5:30AM, getting ready for the 30 minute drive to work, where I will spend most of the day painting cabinets for people whoi have nothing better to do than remodel thier house.

At around 5 that evening, I'll drag myself to the nifty little time clock, let it scan my hand, then drive home. I'll call up some of my other single friends, and we will spend the rest of the night hitting as many bars as we can untill;

A: One of us manages to get arrested
B: All of us manage to get arrested
C: One of us gets badly beaten by another insanely jealous bf for hitting on thier gf.

I will then spend the next day recuperating, getting ready for Monday.

I love my life.

How perceptive of you, Flea. No, I don't have a S.O. here at school, but there is a girl at home who I am currently quasi-involved with.

But she wont be a complete stranger. I'll make sure I get her name -=)
