Hi there
I was looking at EQ2 and decided it was the next MMO I wanted to try after playing Planetside, the contentless SWG and mainly Neocron. When I realised that EQ2 was not an imminent release I decided to look into EQ1. It looked so good that within 20 minutes I had ordered EQ:evolutions and had it imported (I live in UK)
After reading through a few posts I have a few questions that I hoped someone would kindly answer.
1) My friends also ordered EQ but got the New Dawn Gold pack. Which server would be the best for us all and roughly what will server numbers be on it.
2)What is an AA?
3) Is there a charbuilder anywhere like on the alakhazam SWG site.
We are not new to MMOs as stated before but EQ seemed to pass me by whiles I dovoted my life to Neocron.

It's so sad Woody that you posted your questions on the OOT forum, 
instead of the EQ forum where you might not get flayed alive.
I feel you future pain.
1) All servers are best-just ask the people on them.
2) Alternate Advance points you don't have to worry about them for about 50 levels.
3) I don't know about a charbuilder but Alla keeps track of my stuff.

I was charging up the matter/anti-matter ray guns and just about had my finger on the trigger and you let him go! Wtf?!? I *love* the sound of those things winding up (VrrrrrrrrrrRRRRRRRR!) and letting loose (Waaaaa-ZAP!) as brain and gristle splatters against the wall.

Well, my reasoning is, Mren jumped on me when I cross posted here, and I became Queen. So, perhaps if I'm nice to cross posters, I'll maintain my Queenship.

Whereas I don't mind being flayed for posting in the wrong place (I would expect it) I did stumble here by accident - I clicked a link somewhere on site and it brought me here and appeared to be a general posting place.

Well, yes. It started off nice, but then it looked like it was gonna start getting ugly. All the talk about laser guns and stuff. I just didn't want to get hit by the stray beam of light.
