Won't be bush 3.0 in 2008. It will be Colin Powell. He's the only candidate we can run who can beat Hillary. I would say Elizabeth Dole, but I think Hillary can beat her.
The reason we have to run Powell (and some hard convincing will be required) is that the only way to beat Hillary in her bid for the first female president is to offer the option for a first black president.
