i am having trouble getting the sizing on my Jpeg image to work, when i reduce it to 80X80 pixels as required the image is very small with a huge white border. what am i doing wrong?
i think i have found a cool image to use, not quite on Skeets level of gayness but then who is? but as you can see it all squshed into the very center.

Did you take the image into an image editing program and crop it? If not, just cut all that white out and you should be fine. =)

Needs to be a gif to be transparent....
not all that conserned about it being trancparent just want it the same size on the boards as it is on my edit screen.
Send me the original picture, not that one you already altered to 80x80. Otherwise it warps it after I crop it. =/ Also, check yer email!
Edit: Tried to reply to your email and for some reason it sent it back as a bad addy. If we can't get that worked out I will upload it on my site and you can get it from there.

You misspelled 'ack'. 'aswell' isn't a word. It's supposed to be 'as well' and you didn't capitalize your 'i'.

Akk is a mix of letters to approximate the sound i made when the spell of burning pork reached my nose so i'll spell it how i damn well please
i take the hit on aswell and i never capitalise my I's since when playing EQ it would look like 'L'
on a side issue i was just over at Main EQ forum and i flamed some prat and sounded like a rough 'yet to be molded to purfection' you i am not sure that a good or a bad thing.
anyway Dinner was fine and cookies for desert made everything including the missed 'aswell' a minor issue Hmmmmm Cookies
