He's poling way way above the Democratic nominee. I don't see anyway the dems can win what with the war in Iraq and Bush's soaring poll numbers. He's 20 points down in the last poll. Looks hopeless to me.

Straight. **** off and let me post. It's not true, it's all in good fun. Now go away.

Now a good time for me to re-post that Bush is going to win?

2 Words: Dan Quayle.

That's really all that needs to be said, right? I mean, regardless of how correct they were, people thought Quayle was an idiot. No way they're putting him in the co-pilot's seat again. 12 years later, and what have we got? An idiot for a president (who I voted for, and will vote for again) being piloted by the man behind the curtain, Uncle D1ck. Watching shrub speak reminds me of a Beevis and Butthead cartoon. I keep waiting for someone to call Cheney by his first name and have GW say "Huh huh. You said 'D1ck'. huh huh". But I will take the Republican vision of this country over the Democratic vision any day. Uncle D1ck is the one making sure it stays at the fore. Well, him and cousin Carl. :)

EDIT: Edited to un-censor Uncle D1ck's name.

Provided, of course, that the secret service doesn't put a bullet in your brain stem before you get within a thousand yards? :)

That’s unfortunate Smash, but people are like sheep sometimes. How many people have lost their jobs under his watch? We went from having record lows in unemployment numbers, to having record highs, what an impressive administration.

He has shown us what having a twit at the helm can do for a country, but hey, lets re-elect him, there’s a good idea.

I especially like the way that he trots out his Latino relatives every time he needs the Hispanic vote. Makes me insane that people don't realize he's waving hola with one hand and fisting them with the other.

Way to kill my fantasy. I have to hold on to something for the next four years, may as well be bloodlust.

Naughty naughty! You know you shouldn't have hacked Smasharoo's account and writen those things. He's going to be very angry. We all know there is no way Smasharoo would admit defeat this early in the political ballgame, so by default this thread must belong to you.

Bad Kao. Bad bad Kaolian!

I think we should launch some nuclear warheads at Jacksonville, break Florida off at the handle, sink it into the Gulf. Maybe that would help election matters a bit. Of course, since California is still intact, even after their mega-boondoggle of an election....but I digress.

Just wanted to see who acutally read links. Mobius wins the award as the only person to actually read something before responding. About what I expected.

I read it, but I found your post more worthy of a reply than the article, its a little old.

I looked at the article linked, but since I have no working knowledge of government or politics, I skimmed for names and terms I recognized. It seemed to be based on Clinton and the Democratic party; but I'm at a loss since the article is from 92. So I'll just bow out of this thread now.

I read the link at least the first paragraph. Saw the trap and said uh uh. Not today.
