Chains of PromathiaFollow

For those of you that have gotten Chains of Promathia already, does it come with a map of where the new zones are? Anyone have a link that shows the maps of all the different places. I know there is an Atlus coming out in October for ffxi.

u try killing anything there?

How does one get to Carpenter's landing? I got the map so I'm ready.

What about the rest of the areas?

ok heres the story me and a lvl 38 rdm was exploring the bay and clamming at the same time. when a guy from our ls shows up and we go looking for the ??? (i didnt know what it was for at the time) and as we approch a spot we see a sam fighting 8 Black NM mandis im like O man . my friend clicks the ??? nothing happens and my friend ask me if i can take them. i check them and there NM impossible to gauge crap. i think well only 1 has full argo on him so i throw a pebble at one of them start fighting it and kill it. im ok so im like why not. and i pull the second one and i kill it by this time the sam was finishing off the rest of them and the sam says "thanks" he clicks spot my friend clicks spot he gets his item and warps out im like all well ill come back with the quest and do it for myself. so thats it i know were the spot is to click i know were the quest giver is at i just havent done the quest yet

Well, you see all new zone on a Region Info map. They are positioned in a such a way thet you can figure connection inmost of the cases.

Personally, I visited both New and Oldton Movapoloses, Bibiki bay and Carpenter's landing. Oldton - everything was too easy and feels like 30-40 range. Place has a number of new goblins and moblins. It is minable. I tried to mine and got standard set of zinc, iron and copper, plus sifferent moblin armor (got mask, armor and mail). Since I mined only 2 mining points and didn't look for more I don't know what are "high level ores" are outthere.

Neton Movapolus is interesting for me zone because I think I can exp there at my level. Again diferent goblins and moblins and this big moblin-like creatures (bugbears?). Mostly VT-IT. they use alot of unusual attacks including VERY nasty AoE. I was there in a mixed "explorer" group that span from 58 to 71-72. We had NIN and PLD and One thing was apparent days on NIN as tank are probably gone. At least on this mobs. AoE Stun+damage attack take all utsusemi off. This mob (Goblin fireman) does it 3-4 times per fight. For our level 70 ppl they were EM-T, I think.

I didn't notice any mining points in Newton (they might be there but we were kinda preoccupied with local gobs)

Maps of these zones are available only from treasure chest and coffers. At this point I don't know what drops keys. We were killing random stuff for a while with no drops.

Thx Mega, I told you the map sucked, but I think cut scene is cool in boneyard gully so its worth the trip.

I was in there with my 75 rng, all the lizards I came across were easy prey, wasn't sure if they agroed so I sneaked and invis myself. The Antlions went from worthless to decent challenge.

The new poison effect from the gas and mobs in some areas is evil, 14 hp a tick.

I went to Uleguerand Range for some Sandoria quest, never did find this NPC uncle we were looking for. That place is evil. mobs conned easy prey up to Very Tough to level 75. The monsters were rather interesting. ie. Buffalo(easy prey), King Buffalo(decent challenge), Brontotaur(decent challenge). In my opinion this isn't a place to get lost, without a map it rather sux, map is huge as well.

Need some new maps now, Running through Olton & Newton Movalpolos without a map sux. But the maps are cool and music rox.

We now know the New Protocrystal is located in Pso'Xja
Magic Steel : Goblin Hammerman, and at least one other type in Oldton Movalpolos
Spruce Lumber : Stegotaur, Phomiuna Aqueducts
Fine File : Fomor Warrior and a few of the other Fomor * types in Lufaise Meadows

acording to forums all over the net this is the quest for a new avatar rumor has it it's Diabolos. i have seen suposed screens of the avatar in question on the SMN forums. but i wont go to the trouble to post them .you can go there and look for your selfs. now the thing they talk about is the other 2 items and were there found my question is are ther rare or canthey be sold or traded?

Lufaise Meadows from waht ive read is you have to clear out hte emptyness or the broken crags and jmc if it ant to hard to get one of those ingets send one my way or tell me how much you want for one im tryin to stay on top of the snm gig and as much CoP stuff as i can

well fudge let me know if you rape the gob or if it will pose a challange to me i know your lvl and it will be hard to tell me if its cake or what but the normal gabs i came across were cake to me but i didnt go in that deap send me a tell in game ill be online in about 1 hour

Try to imagine this. I walk into a local 7-11 and ask the girl working there if she had any Bawls, get it? Well she goes, "Excuse me", I repeat myself, and her comment is let me get the store manager. I said ok, moments later he comes out and asks if he can help me. I asked him, I'm looking for some Bawls, he goes, Oh I know what your talking about, but we don't carry it anymore. It was rather humorous walking in to the local convenience store and asking that.

lol nice, the only old things that i ever played with would have to be the SNES games, one day my father sold them without telling me. It was for a good cause though, kids who have never had much to play with, so i didnt care too much. Goodbye Zelda, Claymations, Donkey Kong, Mario, i will miss you

zelda rocked. I recall playing clayfighter 33 1/3 or maybe it was called 66 1/3. Whatever it was called it was fun.


I've collected over a few year period most of the old games from nes, gameboy, snes, genesis, neogeo, atari, arcade in digital format, on cd's and dvd's. I might have over 5000 games total.


I was gonna make a website with the classic games as well as other things, but too busy playing ffxi to do that. So it's on hold at the moment.
