Prim DRK/ Sub ?Follow

I started a few days ago and i wanted to know whats a good sub for Dark knight? I been leveling Black Mage(23) and I have leveled a War(13). Can you tell me which is the best to go with?

First level your WAR to 37...don't give into the temptation to go and unlock DRK the second you hit 30. Once your WAR is lvl 37 you officially have a great subjob all the way to 75. Also, spend two hours getting your WHM to level 7 and sub it to your drk for the first 15 levels. I recomend this because you will be soloing the first 15 or so levels and you might as well take advantage of the fact that DRK has MP...subing whm will let you cure yourself and cut down on the time it takes to get to 15.

Unlock DRK and level it to about 30ish to make sure you like it and then its time to work on a few other jobs begin a few other jobs.

Leveling RNG can be usefull for subbing to about 30ish due to the fact that RNG gets a low level accuracy bonus. After thirty you options lean more towards other jobs like WAR.

Leveling THF for sub is pretty much a must but I never subbed it until my DRK hit 60 so I could use trick attack and not get myself killed.

SAM is also a great sub past lvl 50 when your SAM sub hits lvl 25 you get to use Hasso which speeds up your attacks, boosts str and accuracy.

Finally you should consider leveling NIN eventually. This one is by no means a rush to get as you wont take full advantage of it until 74 but it can be really nice in the late 50's if you want to be and axe wielding rampage spamming DRK.

But no sub job is as important to have standing by as WAR is. It's got attack bonus', str boost and some very usefull job abilities.

If you want to duel wield axes and spam rampage go be a WAR and neither waste your time as a false Drk nor encourage this behavior.

i've been a drk for a while and i got war, sam, and thf lvled for sub... i use thf most often, but while lvling i used:

1-23 warrior
24-29 ninja (shadows are very useful in qufim)
30-49 thf for sneak attack
50-59 war for double attack
60+ your choice really... each job has its benefits

Thf has SATA nice to have a garunteed hit that won't kill you
war has attack bonus, def bonus (which will help with last resort, berserk
sam has hasso, and meditate which are very useful
nin has shadows to help you pull....

don't really know about other subs, and don't know much about nin sub considering mine is still 21... hope this helps.
