I don't intend to start a flame war or any such rubbish as that. (I pwnz j00!!11!1!exclaimationpointshift1!) All jobs have their place.

That said, I've been wondering about the question:

What kind of spouse/lover would <insert job here> make?

For example, let's take paladin. Heroic, daring, protective, perhaps has a closet fetish for masochism that can only be relieved by getting abused by monsters several levels higher than them.

Don't like the whole knight-in-shining-armor routine? Maybe you have more of a dark side bent and prefer the love of your life to carry around a big scythe?

Tell us why. What kind of a spouse/lover do you think a certain job would make?

And I apologize if this kind of thread has been done before, but I haven't seen any around for a while.

RDMs do it slowly for a long time, and just when you think we are done, we convert & refresh ourselves in the blink of an eye, and are at it again.

AND

RDM do it so fast you don't know what happened. 30 seconds and it's all over, and you are left wondering who? what? how?

DRK is the best kind of lover. Enough power to please any lover and enough versatility to keep things interesting all night. Some might call us perverts or sexual deviants, but really we just aren't afraid to do what hurts so good.

My bed would be open to a BLU. They learn from experience many different and new tricks and can combine them for a spectacular evening. Customization in tactics ftw.

As for a spouse, maybe a PLD. Loyal, protective and generous. Dancer would be for the affair person you meet on that business trip.

Might want to use protection with a BLU.

reading forums daily talking with people. trying to learn the best and do the best i coulds do for RDM. soaking up ever thread post, magazine. and i saw him.
i must of checked him 3 or 4 times. writing down gear. making notes. and i asked hinm a few questions. he told me what to do , how to pratice, and what made me a rdm. and then he checked me. i was 52 he told me what i needed gear wise as a party rdm and waht gear i needed for a soloist. then he simply asked if i had my pimp hat yet. i told him no. he said ok come on.

he took me to Garlidge i spawned the nm. and he proceeded to kick its arse solo. and giving me tips the hole time.

to many tht story isnt to awww enspiring. but you needto look at when it was done. the gear that was available. and the items and subjobs. 3/4 of the awsome gear everyone sports no was not available back then. nor did many know the skills required to do what was needed to do anything. Kmfdmkid is the RDM that changed a generation od RDM's and as i promiced . i would never forget that day. and i look Farward to seeing you on FFXIV Kid well see if we can stur up some trouble again lol. turn some heads and cause some nm havoc... good times good times..
