So, in the next update Cerberus and Hades servers will be merged under the Cerberus name.

This forum is just a little bit more active than the Hades forum, it seems. But really kind of dead. Smiley: lol.

Either way, welcome!

I feel like a bunch of rejects getting off a bus in some random town.

Picture this, some boats showing up in Selbina and a mass of people getting off, processing lines, IDs and keys to your mog rental issued, people with bullhorns calling for groups to form up and move out...wait...flash back.

Well...it could happen...

That would be so hilarious.

But, I actually think the transition is going to be pretty seamless for those of us already on cerberus. You could just lie to me, and I'd never know you were a Hadesian transfer. Smiley: tongue

Hello folks

I still once a while check what is going on in FF11. Although it does not surprise me there will be server merger, but they are even... eh raising the level cap Smiley: eek.

Life (both work and personal) has been extremely busy for many months for me, so I have not cared much about online game for a few months. Anyway hope the new toys and new people are fun \o/. Meeting new people are always great anyway.

Good luck and cheers Smiley: chug

Thought this was a good spot to put this.

Question I have is: Are there any BST/PET LS's on Ceberus, and whether
or not they are very active.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Too bad Dontming is not really around any more. If you have chance run into Teqrain, tried to talk him. He does not lead any LS, but he will know who to talk to... And yes, to avoid that "who the heck in this guy suddenly ask me questions?" Just tell him that Amanada sent you.

Work was a little bit dramatic, but otherwise it was not too bad. Tallahassee is actually not a bad place to live - plenty of green and natural wildlife around, but you have to discount the motorists around here (the drivers around was amazingly bad was a not too big city).

No specific LS that I know of (well we do have an inactive social LS), so we're always facing same sort of problems as you (Damn those midnight start events!) But there's a few Australians around so even if you're not up for the LS part, you'll find a few people around in a JP-ish timezone who can speak English.

Unfortunately I miss out on events in my LS, so this merge might even give a chance to get a proper group together in a more "sleep pattern friendly" event time. There are a bunch of good Japanese LS though that will take in people if you know who to speak and what type of event you're after.

Hi Ama! Glad to hear things are going well with you. I haven't seen Teq around much lately, but he gets on from time to time. He had said he would be stopping this year...

I admit to being really glad I'll miss out on all this. More people to compete with for claims, more levels for the 7 currently capped jobs, more levels for subs that aren't already leveled that far (whm boooo) and all the other joys.

I can't claim to be as busy as Amanada seeing as my unemployment has reached a year now (worst area of Illinois for unemployment /sigh), however I can finally admit I find myself not really missing FFXI. Don't get me wrong, it was fun but life with the wife is so much better now lol.

Well seeing that we'll all be roomies soon, I guess I'll get this out of the way...

I'm a clean-freak.

I like to take long showers...boardering on being asleep in it.

I don't like loud noises.

If you drink the last of the water/juice/etc, don't put the empty jug back in the frig. Fill it.

I don't do dishes, but I cook. Take your pick.

Other than that, I make a good house pet.

Any takers?

Things (economy) appeared to had bottom off already (if you believe in the figures). I am currently 1.5 years on my current job, but I may start considering looking for another job in summer or fall -- mostly as part of my career advancement, and I am paid by "soft" contractor/grant money but not "hard" stable guaranteed paychecks.

I also find no problem filling in the time without FF11, but that does means life gotten more expensive (Ha!).

I think server merge is a good thing.

Anyway, Teq usually logs in for Dynamis only anyway, and I know his Dynamis LS leader retired (from FF11) recently. So I am not sure what Teq will do now... may be I will try to send him a message on MSN or Playstation Network.
