I completed all my goals endgame related.

I completed all my end game goals as well: cleared all Dynamis area, touched and killed a wyrm, and killed Odin. End game served as a major split to one my oldest chat LS. I am not going... to mention what happened, but there are people still around knew what happened.

It is mostly people and ... eh addiction keep me playing :P

A lot of old school best friends are gone now :( It is still good to be able talk to some of the old folks in various places however outside of FFXI (Elathia and Majorkusanagi). Fiercelink will pop into FFXI once a blue moon in odd times. Nebz really did go poof to nowhere, and he used to post here very often; last time I heard from him a few years when he still work in Vegas, I am not sure where he is now; but he certainly a victim of being too nice in game while have a lot of RL pressure with work, and not a lot people acknowledge that still played around his patience for achievements and gains in FFXI. Branwen quit very long time ago as well, mostly she is just too busy in RL.

I do meet some new people -- mostly people in Pies and Japanese friends. How people treat Nebz and end game goals around my old chat LSes certainly fueled a lot of my bad taste to end game and player behavior.

I wish I could remember even half of the people replying to this thread. Which I'm very happy of that people that I may have met but don't remember are replying. I'm happy that this thread has attained such a high rating. It makes me feel like I've grown up since I've started playing 4 (almost 5 D: holy ****) years ago.

I have a current impassible dilemma before me. My real life friend joined me on the game last year and I can't stand to leave him. I am on Cerberus again, but as my beginning 3rd character Joshgrobn (go ahead and make fun of me. I've gotten mixed responses for this character name. That and my skin is 10x thicker than it used to be.)

So for now, Maiyah will be staying on Ragnarok. But if you ever want to talk to me on Cerberus through tells or whatever... I'll be on Joshgrobn.

Thanks everyone for the support. You all make me very happy.

Just enjoy and have fun. It is always special to play with your RL friend. It should be considered a very good thing your RL friend joined the game Smiley: smile
