Hello again Cerberus. I don't know if anyone will remember me but I played Mithra pain-in-the-*** Maiyah (DRK/BLM/THF/NIN). I moved to Ragnarok over a year ago without really saying anything to anyone.
While things over there were great (I got married, got into a great Dynashell and Skyshell) I found myself in a situation that caused me to drop my LS pearl (it may seem totally drama-llama to most people but I personally "had it up to here" with what went on)
I made a new character on this server Joshgrobn because I missed my home server and everyone in it (and to my older friends that quit: you suck :< ... <3)
And now I feel the urge to bring my character back. Unfortunately I have a great Dynamis LS and Sky LS (and I'm STILL trying to work for a Byakko's Haidate... /wrist)
Help me out Cerberus.... Should I do it? Am I missed enough to come back? ( go ahead and be honest. i wont be too offended, i promise. i've grown up since i've been on cerberus :P )

Despite my history with Cerberus, may it be good or bad, that server is, and always will be, my home. It's a great server, with fantastic people. Everyplace has their bad apples, but you just ignore them and move on with having fun. They always say you can't go home again, but I think they were wrong. Home is where the heart is and if your heart tells you to return home, then you should listen to it. Plus, who can really say no to a cute guy like Unrep?

Haha, I've known Unrep since I started playing. He and a few others (one in particular) bring back a ton of good memories. I'm happy at least those two great guys are still there. Without them Cerberus probably wouldn't feel like home anymore.

I watched 5 or 6 in the past month and stumbled across one that was an internet meme "Nice Boat". I found it a few days ago. I know that you watch - or used to anyway - watch anime and was wondering what you think about School Days.

I would love that. I am usually near the safe point crystal in the fountain square of Whitegate. The running water is relaxing.

People come and go all the time for many reasons. The door of the game is always open as long SE keep the servers open. Most important is to have fun in a game ;)
Of course they are things I do not like in the game, but nothing is going to be perfect. I try to stick to my plan in how to get fun.

I have learned that end game is not everything. What I find is too much people get too deep into end game, and lost sight of what is going on. I have seen way too much people "disappear" because of having too much going on.
Do I do end game? Yes, but I limit my own commitment. Have I ever wanted a Byakko Haidate? Yes, and I never have one. But more important, I stick to my game plan.

I completed all my goals endgame related.
Killed all Gods except Kirin, and got all Dynamis clears except Xarcabard. Killed Serket(but that was more of a personal goal). After all that was done, I exited out of endgame.

My involvement with end0game is just Dynamis. I have always loved Dynamis, even if it ends in failure. Just being there is good enough.
However, missions are a thing that most seem to have put aside in favor of end-game events and merits. Sadly, those people are missing out on the true meat of this game. Gear is gear, it's not important.
