I know there are many great Linkshells available on our server, but the one that I know is recruiting and I personally know are great folks, is:

Also, being specific about what you need assistance with, is always best. I don't know that anyone is going to necessarily offer via Allakhazam forums; but getting in a well-rounded, established linkshell is the best way to get questions answered and get assistance.
