Im sure some of you know me by now. Urika 75smn/whm. Im looking for a CoP SP or something because I NEED FREAKING DIABOLOS and no one on this darn server does CoP anymore. SO PLEASE even if your done and would like to help, please do. I'm willing to do them all so say if your on 5-2 or whatever we can work our way up! I'm on Ancient Vows 2-5. So yeah.. thank you and please /tell Urika if you can {Help Me Out!}

I'm not normally one to leave feedback or comments on players, but I felt it should be noted that Urika was in Alacrity for some time, and always had a problem with healing, to the point that he would leave an event if asked to be the main healer when nothing else was available. We have two other SMNs in the shell and we let them rack up all the Heavenly Strikes and Predator Claws they want (I take it this is what you're refering to in your other post when you were telling Rata that SMNs were solely "DD"), but when Every Single WHM in the shell is missing, they know to shift gears and heal. SMN isn't a main healing job, but it can handle it when the shell needs it to. If Urika can't adapt to that, then he's absolutely useless in an HNMLS.
It should also be noted that a few weeks back Alacrity did a Dynamis - Jeuno, and then after it ended he promptly dropped pearl because of exp loss. Yes, EXPERIENCE loss. Something that can easily be gained back.

I wouldn't really say bitter; it's closer to annoyed. We got your YYR *for* you, on your first active week in the shell. You got AHead the next week. You seemed active, and helpful. Honestly, I liked you. The whole shell liked you. Honestly, most still do, since they don't know why you left. I've been discreet. I'm not a drama *****. But, I want to be fair to the linkshell leaders or recruiters who may also be looking at this post. You're looking for an HNM and Dynamis shell. Then I'll share my experiences with Urika in HNM, and Urika in Dynamis.
In HNM, my shell is rarely active. We don't use bots, so we don't expect claims. It's just a distraction when we're all bored and want to do something as a group. At our most recent "Fafhogg camp", if you can even call it that, Urika logged in and was persuaded to join us in the Aery. He didn't know the way to the Aery well, but we were all already below the one-way drop and simply attempted to guide him via text. He made it as far as the Voloptuous Vivian spawn area before asking, in the ls, "Do I still need sneak here?". 5 of us immedietely answer "Yes". But, of course, it's "too late", and he's dead without RR a few meters from the zone. We tell him we can't run backwards to him because of the one-way drop, and he'd have to wait for the Rdm in Zi'tah to get there for him. He HPed, and said "I don't think I'm gonna be able to make Fafhogg, guys :/", and just went to Campaign.
In Dynamis, Urika only participated once before his departure. It was a very low-man Dynamis Jeuno, with only one Whm. Attendence was sour that day. Urika was asked to heal, and did not take kindly to it at all. Everyone lost a fair bit of exp that day. Hell, my Nin buffer was reduced to a mere 2k; but I got it back to cap in 2 hours on birds :/ it wasn't that hard. He had been whining the whole day about exp loss, his buffer, and hating to have to heal in merit parties. After losing significantly less exp than some others in Dynamis, Urika decides to leave the shell cuz wii r nubs hu dye lotz.
Honestly. Don't expect to go into an HNMLS and never be asked to heal or buff. You'll never be able to properly function as part of a team that way.

Wow GG, et tu? Well lets see... some honesty here! /gasp. This has I guess become a thread to air grievances. Yes you guys HELPED me get my YYR... but my friend the THIEF was there, along with 4 other of my close friends who took aggro for us and made it possible to beat it. So don't act like you did all that much. Not only that but I knew the spawn time was soon considering I was there 10 minutes prior to him popping.
Now onto the next bit of rubbish.. That stupid Aery thing. That was lame.. I only went to be nice.. and instead died in the process. I didnt have to go, I could've went straight to Campaign like I wanted to. And to see this is how you guys react.. To me trying to be helpful, how rude. I mean seriously this was HOW long ago? And you guys can't let it go?
I personally love how you guys stretch or bend the truth to better exagerate your little stories too. Case in point Mitsukais post said there were no WHMS AT ALLLLLLL that day for dynamis. But you say there was one. I was there and know that there was one. Rather than leading us all into a huge loss of EXP you should have re~scheduled it. And yeah you had a low exp loss because you didnt die 10 times, like us healers did. 3+hrs of me dying, and then being screamed at to homepoint(which leads to larger xp loss)so 1 person could get a drop, how selfish is that? Not to mention my inventory was full, so it wouldnt have gone to me anyways. But hey, you guys arent considerate of those facts.
So i left. I didnt want to start any arguments or fights over lack of leadership, or anything like that, so I left quickly and quietly. And yet you guys have to ocme on here and blow everything out of proportion.
Well everyone, I hope you guys seriosuly reconsider joining a LS like Alacrity. While the members are nice and well intentioned, the leadership leaves much to be desired. And remember, if you leave they slander your name and act like petulent children! ^^

I just saw that this post was GG's first post, lol. He made an account just so he can bad mouth me. Wow. Again, great leadership qualities there.
(Also in closing, I never had a problem with any of you.. I liked you and still did until you decided to.. be so rude, I just don't get it. All I did was leave the shell. I didnt know I had to talk to every single leader and explain in great detail why I did. I had my reasons, and after talking to several people in other end game linkshells even they said I shouldnt stick around to be treated like that. Marginal exp los.. lol. 10 deaths is not marginal, nor is leveling down. And it may be easy for you.. A NINJA to get xp back, but a summoner has a little more trouble)

I'll keep this short and sweet. I don't care much for drama. I've added my 2 cents about Urika, in the off chance that another shell leader looks at these. I rarely ever use Alla. If anyone has any questions for me, I'm available most afternoon - night hours, Central time (GMT-6) in-game. Question my leadership, and my abilities all you want. People who know me, and my linkshell, still hold a great deal of respect for both.
Good luck, in everything you do, Urika. I like you. I really do. I'm here, to fulfill what I feel is my obligation as a reference to your play skill and attitude in an end-game setting.
