The materials making that are not a lot, but Hydra Scale may be kind of tricky to get hold of... I know there is a few HNM LS mules sell HNM "junk" quite often in Rolanberry Field (some people will find tasteless and political incorrect if I mention the LS name, but you will find that correct mule quite easily).
So, I think you may stand a good chance to get a signed one for less (The Nodowa is only 350-400k now).
