Echo - Dynamis LS - Looking for members.Follow

Well, pretty much the title says it all. However, as seen with many dynamis only linkshells, creating one is very ambitious. Requires alot of hard work by both the leadership and members as well as coordination and cooperation amongst each other.

What I'm looking for is simple:

- All jobs 65+ Preferred 70+ and of course, you must meet all dynamis requirements. (IE Rank 6, All CS's and of course a 65+ job)

- Runs on Monday / Thursday. 7-8 EST starting time TBD.

- Willingness to participate as well as learn to work as a team to make the runs as efficient and productive as possible.

Jobs that are a plus - BLM RDM WHM BRD PLD NIN. Still going to allow anyone with a job 65+ with reasonable gear in during the first recruiting stages. If you're geared poorly or your gear is not within reason, don't expect to get in, you aren't helping out the group, and thus, we won't be helping you. If you don't listen to directions well, or do as your asked, expect to get D2'd and your pearl broken. I would prefer than you apply with a 70+ job as the learning curve with a group of 65's is steep. Mages have a hard time enfeebling mobs, and of course, with melee, there are accuracy issues. Please continue to level your main job to 70+ and keep a buffer on it.

Items required for all events are simple meds. There are costs to coming to dynamis, and thus these costs are what allow you to win and get the items you want from these events. Please bring:

- Reraise Item. Raise III will be issued regardless of item depending if you delevel or not. Also, accept any raise in general. ******** about raise is one of the most time consuming things in dynamis. Expect to eat some XP every once in a while, don't be afraid to actually go and XP your job.

- Echo Drops. All jobs that use magic should have a stack on hand for any area. Period. Not just in Windy. The more time we have to waste casting silena and letting other people die decreases the chances of winning.

- Job appropriate items. Bring what you use to XP with. This is a must.

The first runs should be hosted, but once attendance is where its at, we'll be switching to a splt entry. For 36 members, its roughly 28k a person to enter, which is about the cost of limbus fees.
