Goldsmithing 100+3 Please Help..Follow

Hey all, been looking to get an Aqua Ring and have not had any luck catching one on AH. My question is. Does anyone have or know someone that has goldsmithing 100+3 that would be able to craft one for me? Materials are readily available, so that's not problem.
