I've been gone for close to two months now. And I am still not sure what I want to do. The game lost something when the majority of my friends left. Sotaka and Gothic naming the two major ones that I cared about. The game has to many memories for me, true some are good and the others were bad. But it overwhelms me and brings tears to my eyes when I think of the memories I've had in FFXI. It reminds me of a time when things were good and fun. Where I looked forward to loging on to see what adventures Gothic and I would go do. Which mostly resulted in either of us or both eating dirt and just trying again. Or giving up and finding a nice quiet place in Vana'Diel to sit and talk about things.

The memories...I still can't face them. I'm not strong enough to. The majority of my FFXI life was by Gothic's side. And I don't think I can travel and enjoy what FFXI has to offer without him. I'm not sure if this is good bye or see you later. But I do know that I'm going to be canceling my content ID's so that I don't get broke while debating on keeping this game active or not. I know that maybe one day I can face those memories with a fond smile and say that my FFXI life was a good one. And I'm glad I met a lot of decent people in the game. I'll miss you all too.

Goodbye Vana'diel. I'll see you again...one day...maybe...
