Although not a European player myself, I thought this would be a good place to point out that our linkshell — Utopia — would like to bring in more European members. We keep getting good members who enjoy the linkshell but then move on because there aren't enough on in those timezones to keep it interesting.
We have/have had members from the Netherlands, Germany and England. I don't know how many are currently active (I'm in the middle of the US myself) other than a particularly good friend in Holland.
We are a helpful, friendly linkshell that is primarily social in nature, with members as well from the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, and probably other countries. Level, race, allegiance, age, and nationality are unimportant. We do, however, look for a reasonable level of maturity and social skills.
If you are interested or have questions, try to catch me in game (not always easy as I am not on nearly as much as I would like) or send me a private message here. And we do have a website, as shown below. ^^

Somewhere along those lines yes, the server has mixed JP/EU linkshells, but lacks a full-fledged EU LS. I've got a list of names so I'll talk to each of you and see what you think in game. Neleh I was in Portugal for 10 days ^^
