Bazaaring in Batallia DownsFollow

I saw a thread on the main forum about the differences between the servers and I read that bazaaring outside Jeuno takes place in different places on different servers. Funny, I always assumed all the servers had the people bazaaring in Batallia Downs.

Nope, they don't. I couldn't believe my eyes when I transferred over here from Siren that there wasn't an army of mules outside Jeuno in Rolanberry Fields.
