if you have your credit card info that the account is paid under if i'm not mistaken thats considered proof of ownership...you should call POL support and see if they can retrieve it for you. i would assume if you have the card info and address info they could definately assume you are the owner of the account.

You should be able to confirm the user information on the account and have him
search their database based on that, it shouldn't be that hard for them.

If the online GM or w/e keeps it up, just call POL itself and explain the
situation and that you have other documents to prove your who you say you are.

If all else fails consult a lawyer and see if you can't find another way
around the situation, sometimes companies say a ton of bs just to keep
people off them, ya I know the stuff they say about keeping your info
in a safe place cuz they won't do this or that, I've done this with
several other companies, one way or another their holding your account
information from you and they can't deny a customer that right.

It'll just take alot of persistance and prolly alot of phone calls to
the right departments of SE but I know it can be done.
