Two days to decide FFXIV ServerFollow

Hey!

Since I knew a lot of old school players in here and getting back into the FF after a few years of retirement.
I said to myself, why not go camping, partying with my old buddies.

On what server people here are migrating on FFXIV?

I’ll have my new PC up and running in 2 days, just need to decide on the GPU

A lot of people from CaitSith have gone to Figaro and Besaid.

Of the more-active people around here, at least, seems like the majority went Figaro. Besaid's cooler, though. ;) Could be worth trying to get in touch with (or asking after) the people you used to hang with and see where specifically they've gone to. :)

On Figaro, got a pearl from High Tone Wednesday morning so I'm back In Aenima. BM was always cool in FFXI, so I'm sure the group would love to have you on Figaro.

How active are you guys? Pretty much everyone I joined with never plays, even when they get on they play for like 30 minutes and log.. meanwhile I wanna grind mobs and its way to boring solo.

I need to find out if I can tranfer servers.

We have people on at all hours of the day/night I don't think I've ever logged on without others also on. I think we're in the 20s as far as member count goes.

Well nothing is going as plan.

Spent 2 days setting up my new PC, that's very frustrating for me, since i'm a sys Admin. And all that because
of a bad HD that I bought.

Now that i'm done and just finishing my caractere creation, I don't have the Figaro or Besaid server in the list :(
Since it's late and wasent planning to play toninght anyway. I'll try first thing tomorrow.

Apparently some world were removed, because of congestion.

I'm planning to go on the Figaro server.

Yeah servers get locked for character creation on a fairly regular basis due to overcrowding.

Hopefully Figaro comes back for you soon. Usually not down for more than a day or two. They just want the servers to all be relatively even in population so there's not 50K on one server and 1K on another. :)

From what I have seen when the servers are down for character creation they are back up within an hour or two.

Both servers are lock since Sunday. :(
So I was tired of waiting and went on Wutai last night.

Games look really kool, I'm a noob all over again got owned on my first Guildleves. lol
Slowly but surely I will be a kick ass mage again :)
If anyone on Wutai my nick is The Armageddon

For those already playing, enjoy what could be another FF classic.
For future PS3 players, it’s worth the wait and will be there to help out all you noobs. lol

Still? That's crazy. >.< Good luck on Wutai, though, and depending on how quickly Figaro comes back you might not be too far in and can restart on Figaro and be "prepared". :)

problem is there will be no way to know without deleting my current progress.

Beastmage... it's been forever since I've been on XI but I remember ya and I'm on Wutai, mainly in a crafting shell with some WoW friends, hit me up if you want a pearl, we're pretty communistic and no one's too far. Amm Dingo is the XIV name.
