Hi guys I'm a returning player and I was wondering how populated the server is nowadays? Do enough people level sync etc? Thanks for your input.

Not anymore. There are only about twenty english speaking players left on the server. The rest are JP's, bots, rmt, and some crazy spanish speaking kid named Juan.
