I was wondering if there were currently any Beastmaster only shells on Cait Sith already? If not, or none active, I'd like to know if anyone would like to join me in making a brand new BST Shell for Cait Sith. Any ideas for names? Anyone wanna help out? Thanks!

Send me a tell in game or something when you decide to start it. I thought there should be some big bst/smn/pup shell that does some endgame events, pop NM's, etc. The thought of joining monsters inc, lord of the beasts, etc has sometimes made me consider switching servers to join one. There's no reason we shouldn't have a shell like that on caitsith since there is more than enough people with these jobs leveled.
So send me a tell in game about it if i don't catch you online first

You have a point on this linkshell lifecycle, but do you really believe that a strict HNMLS-like approach since the start will make your LS succeed?
People on this game only accept strict rules when they have a reward on sight. When they're there for fun ("helping people") they tend to be more relaxed. I'm not saying that either is wrong or right, they're just different points of view and you seem to be mixing them in your LS.
IMO you should start doing your events with your friends and accquaintances in a less formal way and let this LS stuff for later when you feel you have demand. But I wish you success anyway.

Thanks for your non-constructive criticism. You have a point, I'll adjust the rules, although I've seen far more restrictive sets before.
As for the schedule, I'll just set a lsmes that indicates when the LS becomes active, after a certain period of recruitment.
I'll amend to the other two rules.

Hence PestControl. The only lofty goals I have for it are camaraderie and longevity.
As for being "good", well, time will tell. I'd be fun to have a largish group to take on HMN and other "end-game" activities. We'll see.

My personal opinion based on 5 years of playing on Caitsith.
Pet events are not your average fight, I would want to join others that are experienced.
Switch servers to the LS you are interseted in, contact them prior to transfering servers. You're best bet for joining or running a pet LS would be to join one of the established LS's.

i tried following the link to Pest Control and got the following message:
"There is no group named ffxipestcontrol"
so is there still no all BST LS?
(I looked it up at work and sometimes they do block sites at my job... hmm maybe thats it)
