Salvage Static forming, looking for Bard **Follow

Hello, I am currently forming a salvage static and have 3 spots open for dedicated members interested in doing salvage.

Run times: 9-10pm EST

Days:

Every other day, the days it lands on will be different every week. Very interested in doing it every day if all members are capable and willing to handle their assault points for such a schedule (Red vs. blue spam).

The more versatile you are in the 75s you have the better, allowing more flexibility. That doesn't mean we aren't interested in those with only one lvl75 though. The job you play doesn't have to be your main or anything.

We are looking for people who are knowledgeable about their jobs and to some extent other jobs and how to work with them. You don't have to have the most HQ gear/merits available, but at least a sign showing you put some effort into playing well.

You do not have to have any previous salvage experience, but be willing to learn and pay attention to instructions as well as research stuff out on your own. Chances are you will be doing salvage for a long time, as will the rest of the people you go with. Smooth runs where everyone holds their own are much more enjoyable than a hectic confused run day after day.


Lotting system:

Trying to keep this as simple as possible, at the current time we plan to be using a point based bidding sytem. I know I know, point based in my salvage?!

Members will be given a small starting point value once we begin, after the group is set any new members will not receive such a bonus. If a 35 you want drops, you simply bid what you are willing to pay for it. If someone has their eye on the piece a bit more and has put in the effort to obtain more points than you, said person can bid more than you to obtain it uncontested.

In the event of a tie bid, both bidders will simply lot against each other.

In the event that no bid is placed on an item, it will be free lotted to all that wish to lot it.

25s go to those who hold lvl35 pieces, otherwise they are free lot to those who want them.

15s are no doubt free lot, though if you have the 35 they will be defaulted to you of course.

I'm well experienced with salvage to some extent.

6 is more than enough to handle all zones, considering 5/6 of the members are from my old group. I think we will be fine.


And Yes I know what lvl35 drop rates are like.
