I left Final Fantasy almost 2 years ago. I have a level 75 and 68. I was wondering if this server had decent population to level a character again?

well, is it fast to go through lower levels, or is it a ghosttown when LFP
Solo 1-20. Past that, your job, your tenacity and your network of friends will determine how quickly you level.

It is pretty bleak in the lower levels, but 1-10 is solo standard anyway, and its not hard to get up to 15-20's now solo or duo if you find a friend. I think that's the case for most servers now though - which is why I kinda answered your question so flippantly there, it has been said about twenty thousand times - unless you know someone on a server you're meeting up with, any one is as good as another to start out on.
