Since it only costs $20 now, I'm willing to install the expansion and see how it goes. However, shipping rates to my country alone will cost almost the same as the game.
Coming back fully to the game isn't possible for me yet, I don't want to spend too much. So, I'm looking for a store that will sell me the expansion without shipping it. In other words, they'd need to open the package and send me the CD key by e-mail for me. They can dispose of The DVD, I can get the installation files easily elsewhere.
Do you know any store that would do it? PayPal is a requirement.

If you have a trusted friend in game in the states I would think that was the way to go.
Just have them buy it for you, you could send them a money order or something.
People will say don't trust people in this game, however, it's not your account information and once you register it to your Content ID it's yours.
If not, you're out 20 bucks and a friend. I figure you should have at least one friend who would do that for you.

I'm not sure how you go about doing it, but I know on the playonline.com/registration codesthere is something about being able to purchase a registration key to unlock the expansion software that you already have on your computer.
Thus if you bit torrent a copy of WoTG from someone so you have all of the expansion software on your computer you should be able to just purchase one from SE w/o having to deal with any shipping/handling issues.

So far Dakren offered to order it from amazon.com (he doesn't have stores close to his house) and Penthesila would get it on a local store (but he would need a few days).
If you can get to Gamestop easily without changing your route a lot, I'd appreciate it. I prefer to transfer the money (PayPal is the easier way for me) in advance in order to avoid multiple people getting copies due to misunderstandings.

I think I might have an extra WOTG Reg Code lying around I'll check when I get home tonight. I purchased it for the 360 when I realized I would have to wait 4 days (post-thanksgiving) to get it for PC. So...either the PC code or the 360 code was used but I forget exactly which... I'll get back w/you later tonight. If you can get someone to host a torrent of the version you can just install it & use someone's reg code. There's a thread on BG for Reg Codes I believe since I'm sure many ppl have some extras. I know personally I have like 2-3 COP/TOAU ones... >_> I hate buying for 360,PS2,PC >_>

I wasn't sure if I used it but I gave my WOTG code to Attila when it came out so he could use it w/a torrent. I'm fresh out of codes it seems but before resorting to paypal'ing a copy etc. try posting on that thread or looking around on Alla, i'm sure someone has to have a spare registration code somewhere. I'll ask some other people too, i'm sure I can find someome.

Just so you know, I got a registration code yesterday. A friend had one spare copy for PS2, the code worked just fine on PC.
Interactcd also replied my e-mail (a bit late, though), and they also would send me the code. I would just need to skip shipping page completely and choose the "CD KEY ONLY" option. If somebody ever needs something like that, take note :D
