I've left and haven't came back. Hasn't been a month yet though, so I don't count.

But even I eventually came back.

What's new on the Caitsith scene, aside from our server's namesake making an appearance, and random drama?

Whew, was afraid I had missed out on something ridiculously awesome. On the bright side, yay Clothcraft skillups. Left blowing 1.4 million for 0.6 skillups, today I managed 4.2 ranks for 80,000 gil. Deflation: Sometimes, it's your friend.

Ask the new owner to come see you ! lol

I am sure he changed the name though, shouldnt be hard to find the little taru with green pig tails lol

I quit last July and haven't played since. I'm always thinking about coming back, but I just don't see much of the point since most of my friends quit the game and I don't really know if I want to be sucked in for hours at a time at my comp :P

I never quit FFXI but I left Caitsith cause you're all whores...

Then I made a character on Caitsith and I was still ignored because you're all still whores, so I left again!

I quit and haven't come back yet. Then again I made a personal vendetta against FFXI (hey it can't fight back) making it all the easier to walk away.

Lol, Onion you were good at collecting a lot of stuff just like I am. Fortunately I've been selling off some of the crap so I can fund the collecting and crafting of other crap.

i haven't come back and it's been just about two years.

no real desire to come back. i'll just be bored while the boyfriend is on tour for 2 months, so was thinking of coming back and being a cooking slave. ; ;

Once upon a time (Nov '03) I rolled Mierst, an intrepid Monk. Along with my compatriot Stokan (WHM). Eventually we found a bunch of people in game to befriend and started the LSs UnitedCrafters, then Hitotachi, then ChaoticMinds. Haldier, Demna, SlickMcFilthy, Armentarius, Aeglos, Alsof, Tanfalas, Solarian, Wookieman, Nagem, Brill (back when he was a nub), Scharazad, Heldanhammer and soo many more.

Anyway, time passed and Alsof wanted to quit, as did I, so we combined powers and began to level Mierst together. My paladin at the time (since I was leveling warrior) was 25ish and we tag-team leveled him (since I didn't work at the time) to 75 VERY quickly. We eventually got involved with the LS DarkMercenaries, and even got a leadership role, we later progress through a few other HNMLSs. I finished my time there in TheUnity.

Anyway, time marches on, and I quit and Alsof continues the mantle of Mierst (now no longer Mierst 1 and Mierst 2 ;). After some time I come back, of course, VERY anxious to play and we switch to BRD. Played for sometime, and Aeglos (Tony) turned out to live about 2 hours from me IRL. Alsof and Tony become friends and in the interim of me leaving a secnod time Alsof recruited Tony to be his leveling buddy. I came back, yet again, and we had the "Mierst collective". This constituted of Mierst, Battousai, and Aeglos with Mierst being the primary character.

insert lots of drama in the mierst collective and anguish in my RL (plus me going back to school) and I quit for good.

I logged in once a year or so later to say hi to friends but otherwise, I have no idea what the hell has gone on now, or how Mierst's end came.
