Hello~~.. I was just wondering if Caithsith is a good server.. Since I don't want to start out on a really wacky server. Oh by the way I'm new to Final Fantasy XI. Just got it with all four expansion packs :D... Well anyways.. Thanks to whoever replies..

Can't compare it to other servers, I've only ever been on This one. It's kept me busy for over 4 years now, and there's lots of good people/someone(thing) for everyone.

Ok thanks. Just made a character about 20 minutes ago. Name is Darco... Looking for one of those uhh.. Linkshells. I'm a Elvaan Monk, Nation is San d'Oria (or something like that)... Well gonna level Monk to 18 and then do the sub job quest and then go Warrior and sub Monk. Read that in a guide around the forums.

I thought Brill ate babies. . . Caithsith has great people. And it has people that can take a joke without holding a grudge for the remainder of their FFXI career. I left Caitsith because the only reason I played was for the interaction with friends like Pabst,Shawn,Vandell,Kiwi, Tyranoth and so on. FYI Garuda has so much backstabbing it makes me miss caithsith. long live the WWE burn.

I just started playing Assassin's Creed. So far it's very pretty but the story seems a tad shaky to me.

yeah the ending is total crap in Assassin's Creed. I'm just glad PS3 controller is Wireless it goes alot farther when you throw it across the room after finishing that game. Good gameplay but the ending is wtf.

Started last Friday and have to say server is actually good. So much for a few people I know bagging on me for not playing WoW. I appreciate everyone's good nature game wise and forum wise. Funny as hell as I run through W. Ron. with a lowly Red Mage and a Lvl 75 sends me a tell calling me a communist. Great way to begin. The most suprising thing so far is that there are as many new people starting out or coming back. This game gets zero hype or cred. these days, despite the big upside if you dig in and work at it.
Yar, I'll agree with Danzig on this one. I came to Cait Sith about a month ago from Garuda and we were in the same sky ls there. This is the third server I've tried out and so far it's the best. Phoenix is about on par, and NA do have more of an end game presence there than on Cait Sith (from what I've seen) but the people here seem to be better.
Garuda is just bad lol. Some good people, some really good sky shells (talk to Mugenshiro) but also an abundance of back-stabbing melee-mouthers there. So for a new player, I'd definitely rec. Cait Sith as the place to go.

Gugalanthalas Glad to see you jumped to Caithsith I hope I gave some words about Caitsith. Pwnshop was a good sky ls while I was there but I can see the backstabbing starting with all the mt's wow. . . I got out of there before sh*t hit the fan. My birthday is friday so i'm going to buy myself a server transfer back to caitsith. Then I can skip around hand holding with Pabst.
