Ok I have figured out how to use the /translate function to put words into my auto-translate list but I haven't a clue as to how to get the wonderful french words to come back out since they have some silly things they use to start some words. >.<'

Are you saying you want your auto-translate to say it in French? I'm sure there's a way to get ahold of a French copy of FFXI, but it'd all be in French then. ;.;

Otherwise you could just type it out manually without the fancy letters. :3

She's referring to the new /translate option post update, Hoss.

(still dling teh update...)

Yes, I was referring to the new /translate.

You type in /translate 'item name' J (F or G) and you get the items name added to your auto-Translate dictionary in the other language. However I would like to figure out how to actually type in the other language for the fun of it. That way we can foster better communication between everyone.

lol db replying? Yeah, but it relates.

I am curious what exactly they did to MNK. I decided to log on last night after the update and tried hitting some mobs in castle zvahl...I only did 125..and no more. Just a stable 125.

After reading, they capped the damage you can do on TW mobs. People are trying to justify it saying "It's only on TW and EP Mobs.."

Sorry, but like myself, there are other MNK's that use their job to farm. I mean theres RDM's and PLD's doing the same amount of damage as us on TW mobs now. A PLD was hitting the same mobs for 103. Thats no difference at all.

Congratulations Square, you ****** over MNK's who farm their asses off. You also severely screwed over other damages. DRK's with Scythe are doing 4k guillotines, and SAM's 2.5k gekko's.

They changed the pDIF for when you've reached the attack cap vs a mobs' DEF from the "range of 1.6-2.4" to a flat 2.0. So, basicly, by losing that .4 your max melee damage was reduced from a possible max of 151 to 126 (not counting kicks w/Kick ATK booties or Mobs weak to Blunt).

Honestly, the average was 126 before the update, so it shouldn't change DOT noticeably. And when you factor in CRITS (Which add another 1.0 to PDIF) just like with melee hits, you're now ALWAYS going to hit the cap of 3.0 (the AVG before the update) rather than the "Range of 2.6-3.4".

The also improved guard. ('bout fracking time)

So, they haven't really "nerfed" MNK this update, they've just greatly improved 2H weapons. So much so, in fact, that Ridill WARs and Pimped MNKs are crying fowl all over teh forums, cause mediocore DRKS, SAMS, and even

Decided not to go on Satuday. We will be going on Sunday. And yes, I'll give a review as to whether or not it is a good movie to be seen.

But just so you know my opinion and review will be biased as I like Jet Li movies and I love Jason Statham's serious dead-pan demeanor. Between the Transporter movies, Crank, and The Italian Job; I can't not like him.

Besides if the last film that Jet Li and Jason Statham did together is any indication of what this one should be I'll be very happy. 'The One' was a great film as well so I'm anticipating what new thrills this film with the two of them will give me. ^.^

Ok, and now for my review of the film WAR....

Intrigue: Check
Action: Check
Decent Plot: Meh.... it wasn't bad but I'll give it a solid "B" for effort and the fact that I could name all but 3 streets that they were driving on.

See it if you don't mind having 1/3 of the film in Japanese, 1/3 of it in Chinese, and 2/3 of it in sub-titles. Plenty of graffiti and gratuitous *** and nudity in the beginning. Once you boys stop drooling over the bodies and boobs you can start drooling over the really worthy things like the cars and the heavy machinery.

I found it an enjoyable film and one that I'll probably pick up when it comes out on DVD. Definitely worth the large soda but not worth the large popcorn.

I went and saw it today.

I loved the movie, it had a little of everything, many action scenes...a very interesting and hard to guess story, and other things especially.

DB gives it 4/5 stars.
