Big pro of the night? Finally got the Friar's rope quest & I solo'd to level 23. (There wasn't that many exp to go so I fought stuff in the dunes.)
The con? I didn't have enough fame in Sandy to get my drain scroll. >.< Bummer. At least I can get into the castle.
Soooooo I'm off to feed the guy's sheep in selbina...might as well amass enough fame to eventually get my gobbie I quest in Jueno while I'm at it.
Sigh...just soo much to do and so little time it seems.

Yeah levels 23-25 are fun... lots of stuff to do between Rank 3, getting Kazham keys, and all the quests. Lemme know if you want help killing the Rank 3 dragon when you get to that point... I've killed it a few times and it's fun trying to break the time record for it.
So I logged on last night and since it was a full moon I figured it would be a good time to try mining in Ifrit's Cauldron for the first time :). Got there, and managed to survive for 2 full hours without finding a SINGLE mining point before I finally got killed; I had a map printed out and must have covered at least 4/5 of the mining spawn points multiple times. I'm determined to try again next time I log on, even though I'll delevel if I die again... definitely more excitement than mining in Zehrun at least!

I was just happy it was still Full Moon when I logged in. I was able to make about 72 stacks of Insect Paste, and I think I supplied all of Windurst because sales were slowing down at about 11:00 PM MT. ;)

I've done quite a bit of bat wings when I was leveling up my BLM in the beginning. I didn't know about the rabbit hides until an LS mate told me about them. Hmmm this might be a good time to start leveling up my WHM. (then panics on how she's gonna support 3 mages...LOL) Hmmm maybe after I get my Holy Phail and my new tunic for my BLM, which I'm this >< close to getting.

You could do that Deadmeat, or just sell it and get a Badge which I believe has +5MND as opposed to the phial having +10MP and +3MND.
