AlphaOmega disbanded, a lot of its members are in Benediction, and many others have quit the game.
Japanese/Asian LSes I know of:
TeamVada/VadaVada: HNM/Sky - not sure if they're still around or active
Benediction: HNM/Sky LS - mostly Japanese and Kuwaities
Straight: HNM/Sky LS
BlessedBlue: HNM/Sky LS
Excalibur: HNM/Sky/Sea
YggsdrasilGarden: HNM/Sky/Sea - not sure if they still exist
TWClub: Sky/Dynamis - players are mostly from Hong Kong/Singapore/Taiwan (http://twclub.zone4us.net/portal.php)

What I have noticed though is that a lot of the long-playing, really experienced JP players have already quit the game like Laomedon of AlphaOmega. Bismarck's HNMs has primarily become crowded with the "Big Three" (AD, Lunies, IRON) competing against the newer LSes (FortyTwo, Benediction/Straight/BlessedBlue), that JP HNM LSes/Players are so few in number that there isn't much competition to be afraid of from JP players, with the exception of Benediction/Straight/BlessedBlue.
On top of which, compared to other servers, LS-to-LS drama is probably the lowest than other servers (especially when you check KillingIfrit.com). There's still probably LS bashing between LSes, but none of that "OMG, they're holding this-and-that HNM, let's MPK them..." kind of thing. It's still heated, tensed competition at HNMs.

Sorry about the Babagana name issue. At one point a few months ago, there was a serious amount of spamming to "bagana.com" and variants, so we had to add "bagana" to the spam filter. Unfortunately, that's also the last part of Babagana's name! Since that spammer has long since vanished, I've removed it from the badword filter, and the problems should go away.
